Start your weeknight dinner with a fabulous Pasta Bolognese. The dish, in fact, starts with ground beef and peppers in a skillet. Add pasta and cheese, and the delicious Bolognese sauce is a sure winner.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 cups water
1 pkg. (6.4 oz.) KRAFT Italian Pasta Salad
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Brown meat with peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Drain, if necessary.
Add water and contents of Pasta and Seasoning pouches; stir until well blended. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender.
Stir in tomatoes and dressing. Top with mozzarella cheese; cover. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the Parmesan Cheese.
Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese.
