Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 lb. pork baby back ribs, cut into 2-rib portions
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
4-1/2 tsp. orange marmalade
4-1/2 tsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Let's Make It
Place ribs in Dutch oven or stockpot. Add enough cold water to completely cover ribs; cover with lid. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
Heat grill to medium heat. Drain ribs; place on grill grate. Grill 10 min. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing generously with barbecue sauce mixture.
Serve with hot cooked rice, grilled potatoes (or any other grilled vegetables) and a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Substitute 1/2 tsp. dried ground chipotle pepper for the 4-1/2 tsp. chopped chipotle peppers.
Use Your Microwave
Place ribs in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1/2 cup water. Microwave on HIGH 20 min., gently stirring after 10 min.; drain. Grill as directed.
