4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. (9.4 oz.) VELVEETA Rotini & Cheese with Broccoli
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet for 3 to 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Add 1 cup water; bring to boil. Stir in Rotini Pasta; cover and simmer 4 min.
Add contents of the Broccoli Pouch; cover. Continue cooking 5 min. Do not drain.
Stir in Cheese Sauce and garlic powder; cook and stir until heated through.
Stir in 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and well drained, with the Cheese Sauce and garlic powder.
