Original recipe yields 4 servings
3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, grilled, cut into thin slices
3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1 small red pepper, cut into strips
2 carrot s, cut into strips
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

Mix dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until blended. Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.

Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
