Original recipe yields 32 servings
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice

Let's Make It
Beat all ingredients with electric hand mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into airtight container.
Refrigerate at least 30 min. or until firm.
Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the butter mixture over each 3-oz. serving of cooked fish.
Serve over hot steamed vegetables or mixed in with hot mashed potatoes or scrambled eggs.
Flavored butters can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Or, store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Just prepare as directed, cover with plastic wrap (placing the wrap directly on the surface of the butter) and freeze until ready to use.
Prepare butter mixture as directed. Shape into 12x2-inch log on the center of a 20-inch sheet of plastic wrap. Fold both short ends of the plastic wrap over the butter, then roll up. Tie ends to seal.
