What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cooked, chopped
1 medium apple, chopped
6 chewy fig-filled cookies, chopped
1/3 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. each salt and black pepper
10 large lettuce leaves, washed, dried

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except lettuce until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves; roll up. Cut each diagonally in half to serve.
Prepare as directed, substituting 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas for the 10 lettuce leaves. Makes 5 servings, 1 roll-up each.
