Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill franks 7 to 9 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, mix relish and dressing until well blended.
Fill buns with lettuce, franks, tomatoes and relish mixture.
Add chopped radishes, chopped cucumbers and/or green onion slices with the lettuce and tomatoes.
Relish mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 3 days before using as directed.
