What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless pork chops, cut into strips
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
4 green onions, sliced

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 4 min. or until cooked through.
Add water, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and stir-fry vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 min. Stir in onions.
Variation - Chicken Stir-Fry
Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork chops.
