What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 tsp. curry powder
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1-1/2 cups halved seedless red or green grapes
1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Combine dressings and curry powder in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
Salad can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
This is a great way to use leftover cooked turkey.
