Celebrate the fall harvest by using its bounty in this beautiful dessert. It's bake-shop impressive to look at, but quite simple to make.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup ground toasted PLANTERS Pecans, divided
3 Tbsp. each zest and juice from 1 orange
2 plums, thinly sliced
2 apple s, thinly sliced
1/4 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Heat oven to 375°F.
Beat butter and 1/3 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour; mix well. Spread onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add 1/4 cup nuts, orange zest and juice; mix well. Add egg; beat just until blended. Spread onto bottom of crust; top with fruit. Drizzle with syrup; sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Let stand 5 min. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen dessert; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate dessert 4 hours.
Save 60 calories and 7g of fat per serving by preparing dessert with PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, and omitting the nuts.
How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts not only gives them a pleasing golden color but also intensifies their flavor and adds crunch. To easily toast nuts, spread them in a single layer in a shallow pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
