1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1-1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, divided

Mix dressing, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice and pepper until blended.

Prepare rice as directed on package, stirring dressing mixture into rice before the 5-min. standing time.

Stir in nuts and 2 Tbsp. parsley; sprinkle with remaining parsley.
