2 cups STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix stuffing mix, hot water and cheese just until stuffing mix is moistened.
Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and spinach; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Prepare using 3 cups chopped fresh spinach.
