1 cup each shredded carrot s and zucchini
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Prepare Dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions and adding vegetables to boiling water for the last 3 min. of Macaroni cooking time.
Stir in mozzarella.
Serve with a glass of fat-free milk and an apple.
Substitute 2 cups thawed frozen cauliflower florets, frozen peas or shredded sweet potatoes for the carrots and zucchini. Or, use your favorite vegetables, shredded or finely chopped.
