3 cups water
1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1 zucchini, shredded

3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked

Brown meat in large skillet.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
Stir in half the cheese; top with remaining cheese.
Prepare using any other small shaped pasta.
Cool any leftovers, then refrigerate until ready to reheat to serve as part of another meal. Or, store in airtight container and freeze until ready to thaw, reheat and serve.
