1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2/3 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Whisk mustard and dressing until well blended. Pour over chicken in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Empty coating mix into shallow dish. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165°F).
To easily marinate chicken or beef, freeze it right in the marinade. Just place the poultry or meat pieces in a resealable freezer-weight plastic bag. Add enough marinade to evenly coat the meat, then seal the bag and freeze up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer the day before cooking and place in the refrigerator to thaw. The meat will marinate in the dressing as it thaws.
Prepared Italian dressing can be stored in refrigerator up to 1 month before using as desired.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
