1-1/2 cups papaya nectar
1 cup prepared KOOL-AID Lemonade Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups papaya chunks (3/4 inch)
2 cups cold club soda

Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth; pour into 2-qt. pitcher.

Food Facts
There are 2 types of papayas -- Hawaiian and Mexican. The Hawaiian varieties are the papayas most commonly found in supermarkets. These pear-shaped fruits generally weigh about 1 lb. and have a yellow skin when ripe. The flesh is bright orange or pink, depending on the variety, with small black seeds clustered in the center. Hawaiian papayas are easier to harvest because the plants seldom grow taller than 8 feet. Mexican papayas are much larger than the Hawaiian types and can weigh up to 10 lb. and be more than 15 inches long. The flesh can be yellow, orange or pink. The flavor is less intense than that the Hawaiian papaya but is still delicious and extremely enjoyable.
