What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 fully ripe avocado s (about 1 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup cooked long-grain white rice
1 cup rinsed canned black beans
6 flour tortilla s (6 inch), warmed
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
1/2 cup salsa

Mash avocados with mayo, chipotle peppers and garlic in medium bowl until blended; stir in cilantro. Set aside. Combine rice and beans.
Spread 2 Tbsp. avocado mixture onto each tortilla. Top with rice mixture. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. cheese over each topped tortilla. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Top with any remaining avocado mixture and cheese. Serve with salsa.

How to Cut an Avocado
Cut avocado in half from top to bottom using a chef's knife, carefully going around the pit in center. Place the half with the pit, face up, on a cutting board; hit it sharply in the middle with the knife blade. Twist the knife and lift out the pit. Hit the knife on the cutting board. This will cut the pit in half, releasing the pit.
Prepare using KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese.
