Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1-1/2 cups water
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary, ground leaves or 2 tsp. dried rosemary
Grated peel and juice from 1/2 of a lemon
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
2 carrots, shredded
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Cook and stir meat in oil in large skillet on high heat 2 min. or until browned.

Add water, rosemary, lemon peel and juice. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and carrots. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 min.

Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
