2 Tbsp. each apricot preserves and lemon juice
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup sliced dried apricots
2 green onion s, sliced

Add chicken, apricots and onions; mix lightly. Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with crackers.
Substitute 1/4 cup chopped red onion for the green onion slices.
