4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin

4 boneless beef rib-eye steaks (2 lb.)

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix all ingredients except steaks until blended.
Grill steaks 4 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing frequently with steak sauce mixture.
Cut steaks in half to serve.
Serve with a hot steamed green vegetable or a mixed green salad and cold glass of fat-free milk.
Prepare using bone-in beef ribeye steaks and increasing the grilling time if necessary.
