What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1-1/2 cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
1/2 cup pepperoni chunks (1/2 inch)
1/2 cup green pepper squares (3/4 inch)
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, cut in half
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Thread bread, meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 min. or until kabobs are heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve with a mixed green salad and cold glass of fat-free milk.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning in the oven.
Prepare as directed, substituting ham cubes for the pepperoni and pineapple chunks for the halved mushrooms.
