1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar

Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done. Season with pepper.

Combine remaining ingredients; spoon onto plate.
