1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Piña Colada Flavor Gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups ice cubes, divided
1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice

Place dry gelatin mix in blender container. Add boiling water; cover. Blend on low speed at least 1 min. or until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add 1 cup of the ice; cover. Blend on high speed until ice is completely melted. Add remaining 1 cup ice and the lemon juice; cover. Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
