What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 tsp. oil
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Cook meat in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
Add next 4 ingredients to skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; return to boil.
Stir in meat; top with cheese. Cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until heated through.
Substitute 1 undrained 14-1/2-oz. can diced tomatoes for the chopped fresh tomatoes.
Substitute 2 oz. cubed VELVEETA® for the shredded mozzarella cheese.
