Rotini pasta. Tender shrimp. Cool cucumbers. This noodle salad is full of texture and flavor. Best of all, it's a snap to make!

Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1 cucumber, peeled, quartered lengthwise, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix dressing and soy sauce in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 8 to 10 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

Drain pasta; rinse, then drain again. Place in large bowl. Add shrimp and all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix lightly.

Top with cheese.
