Even the biggest bread lovers we know liked these lettuce wraps! They're a delicious way to serve turkey salad for two.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/4 cup quartered seedless grapes
1/4 cup finely chopped apple s
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vanilla nonfat yogurt
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
4 large lettuce leaves

Let's Make It
Combine fruit, celery, mayo and yogurt; cover.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Place 3 turkey slices on each lettuce leaf. Top with fruit mixture. Fold in two opposite sides of each leaf; roll up tightly.
For extra crunch, add 2 Tbsp. chopped toasted PLANTERS Walnuts to the chilled fruit mixture before spooning onto lettuce leaves as directed.
Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Turkey Waldorf Sandwiches: Substitute 4 toasted slices cinnamon-raisin bread for 2 of the lettuce leaves. Cover 2 of the toast slices with lettuce; top with turkey, chilled fruit mixture and remaining toast slices. Makes 2 servings, one sandwich each. Open-Face Turkey Waldorf Sandwiches: Substitute 2 toasted slices cinnamon-raisin bread for 2 of the lettuce leaves. Cover toast slices with lettuce; top with turkey and chilled fruit mixture. Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon. Makes 2 servings, one open-face sandwich each.
