4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeño pepper s, seeded, cut into strips
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, cleaned
2 cups hot cooked rice
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain.

Add dressing, onion, garlic and jalapeño pepper to skillet; cook 5 min. Add tomato sauce and chili powder; cook 5 min. Add shrimp; cook 5 to 8 min. or until shrimp are pink.

Spoon shrimp mixture over rice. Sprinkle with bacon and peanuts before serving.
