What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 mango, peeled, chopped
1 cup orange juice
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-1/4 lb.)
2 cups green beans
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mangos, orange juice, onions and garlic; cook 5 min.
Add chops; cook 3 to 5 min. on each side or until golden.
Add green beans, broccoli and peanuts to skillet. Cook 5 min. or until beans and broccoli are tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve the chops on top of rice and along with a tossed green salad.
Add leftover vegetables to the easy skillet dish instead of the green beans and broccoli.
