Why give 'em rolls when you could serve up this casserole? It's just cheese and herbed stuffing held together by an egg—and it's delicious!

2 cups water
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided

Heat oven to 375°F.

Bring water and margarine to boil in large saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

Add egg and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.

Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.

Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra
Stir 1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets or chopped cooked mixed vegetables into stuffing mixture before spooning into pie plate.
Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese.
