What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. brandy extract
1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. warm water
1/3 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely grated, divided
1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries)

Let's Make It
Mix cream cheese, sugar, brandy extract and dissolved coffee in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and half of the chocolate.
Place 1/2 cup berries in each of 2 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top evenly with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining chocolate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
How to Thaw COOL WHIP
Place unopened 8-oz. tub of whipped topping in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Do not thaw in the microwave.
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
How to Grate Chocolate
Use a box grater to grate an unwrapped square of room-temperature BAKER'S Chocolate onto a sheet of wax paper. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. Then, use it as a garnish for your favorite dessert.
