1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1 cup chopped roasted poblano chile s
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided

Let's Make It
Prepare stuffing in large saucepan as directed on package.
Stir in chiles and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into serving bowl.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve this delicious stuffing alongside cooked lean poultry, meat or fish and your favorite hot steamed vegetable.
How to Roast Poblano Chiles
Arrange whole poblano chiles on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, until chiles are completely blackened, turning occasionally. Place in a paper bag; close bag. Let stand 20 min. or until chiles are completely cooled. Remove chiles from bag. Using a small knife, peel away blackened skins; discard. Cut chiles in half lengthwise; remove and discard seeds.
