What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
4 oz. (half of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted, finely chopped
1 small fresh pineapple, peeled, cut crosswise into 10 slices and cored

Let's Make It
Mix cream cheese and mayo in small bowl until well blended. Stir in walnuts.
Spread about 2 Tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture onto each of five of the pineapple slices; top each with second pineapple slice to make sandwich. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut in half to serve. Serve each half on a bed of lettuce, if desired.
Substitute 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple slices, drained, for the fresh pineapple slices.
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
