Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 Tbsp. apricot preserves
dash ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
4 frozen pancakes (4 inch)
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Strawberry 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese

Let's Make It
Mix preserves and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add strawberries; mix lightly. Set aside.
Spread pancakes with cream cheese spread; top each with sausage patty. Place 2 pancakes on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. Repeat with remaining pancakes.
Serve topped with strawberry mixture.
Serve with a cold glass of fat free milk to round out the meal.
