Made with tomatoes, ham and mayo, this creamy gazpacho salad is the perfect accompaniment for fish. Here, it's served with red snapper fillets.

2 hard-cooked eggs
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. water
1 slice white bread
4 red snapper fillets (1 lb.)
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks; set aside. Coarsely chop whites; place in medium bowl. Stir in tomatoes, peppers and ham.

Blend mayo, water, bread and egg yolks in blender until smooth.

Coat fish with flour; gently shake off excess. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Place fish on plate; top with tomato mixture and mayo mixture.
