1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 zucchini, cut into 1-inch-thick slices (about 3 cups)
2 small yellow squash, cut into 1-inch-thick slices (about 2 cups)
1 onion, chopped
2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chiles, drained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Cook cinnamon and cumin in large skillet on medium heat 2 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently.
