What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 lb. pork sausage, crumbled
1/4 lb. chicken livers, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Cook sausage in medium skillet on medium heat until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add chicken livers, onions, celery and garlic; cook 5 min. or until chicken livers are cooked through and vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
Add enough water to chicken broth to measure 2 cups. Add to skillet with pepper; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
Omit chicken livers. Increase sausage to 1/2 lb.
