Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 frozen BOCA Original Chik’n Veggie Patty
1/4 cup CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut, drained
1 KRAFT Extra Thin Swiss Cheese Slice
2 slices rye bread, toasted
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Thousand Island Dressing

Let's Make It
Cook patty in medium nonstick skillet as directed on package, adding sauerkraut to the skillet for the last minute and stirring sauerkraut occasionally.
Top patty with cheese; cover. Cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted and sauerkraut is heated through.
Spread 1 toast slice with dressing; top with sauerkraut, patty and remaining toast slice.
Serve with fresh fruit and a side salad to round out the meal.
For a colorful change of pace, prepare using marble rye bread.
Substitute 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard for the dressing.
