Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion s
6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
6 kaiser roll s, partially split

Let's Make It
Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Return to skillet.
Stir in VELVEETA and salsa; cook on medium-low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Spoon into rolls just before serving.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.
VELVEETA Cheesy Tacos
Omit rolls. Prepare meat mixture as directed; spoon into 12 TACO BELL® Taco Shells. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Makes 6 servings, 2 tacos each.
Cover and refrigerate any leftover meat mixture. Reheat, then spoon over split hot baked potatoes.
