4 lb. pork spareribs
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 small poblano chile, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion s
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Place ribs in large saucepot. Add enough water to completely cover ribs. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 45 min. Drain.

Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-low heat. Heat dressing in small saucepan; add chiles and onions. Cook 8 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add barbecue sauce, sugar and cinnamon; stir.

Grill ribs 10 to 15 min. or until tender, turning and brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce mixture. Serve ribs with any remaining barbecue sauce mixture.

Use Your Oven
Place ribs in single layer in large roasting pan. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over ribs; cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 min. or until ribs are tender. Skim fat from sauce and serve with the ribs.
