What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
8 OREO Cookies
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar

Let's Make It
Mix melted chocolate and sour cream until well blended; cool slightly. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon about 1 Tbsp. mousse onto each cookie. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
Easy Microwave Melting
Microwave 1 oz. BAKER'S Chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. (The chocolate will retain its shape.) Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add 10 sec. for each additional oz. of chocolate.
Jazz It Up
Top each dessert with a halved strawberry or raspberry for an elegant look.
