1 cup chopped celery (about 4 medium stalks)
1 cup chopped onion s (about 1 large)
1 cup chopped carrot s (about 2 medium)
1 cup coarsely chopped sweet potatoes (about 1/4 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
