Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 cups frozen peas
3 cups hot cooked instant white rice
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
Add soup, milk, dressing and peas; mix well. Cook on medium-low heat 4 min. or until meat is done (145°F), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.
Spoon meat mixture over hot rice; top with cheese.
Substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.) for the pork chops. Prepare as directed, increasing browning time of chicken to 5 min. on each side.
Prepare using long-grain white rice.
