Prepare these Herb & Garlic Shrimp Kabobs as a savory main dish. Squeeze lime wedges over the garlic shrimp kabobs for a bit of additional flavor!

Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/3 cup A.1. Garlic & Herb Marinade
1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1-1/2 cups frozen corn
1 red pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, cut lengthwise, then crosswise in half
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Pour marinade over shrimp in glass bowl; stir to evenly coat shrimp. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon onto center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Fold to make packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers.

Grill packet 12 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, adding shrimp kabobs to the grill for the last 7 to 8 min. of the grilling time and cooking until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet. Serve shrimp with the vegetables.

Use Your Broiler
Assemble kabobs and foil packet as directed. Heat broiler. Place kabobs and foil packet on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, for 6 min., turning shrimp after 3 min. Broil foil packet an additional 4 min.

Note
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
