Cut 2-1/2-inch circle from center of 2% Milk Singles; discard trimmings. Cover bagel half with meat, lettuce and 2% Milk Singles.
Add pepper strip for a smile and olives for the eyes.
Arrange pretzels around bagel half to resemble the sun's rays.
To make this a take-along sandwich, pack everything in separate containers. Then let the kids have fun by arranging the ingredients on bagel half as directed just before serving.
