What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.), skin removed
25 RITZ Crackers, crushed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium-low heat.
Mix mayo and garlic. Brush chicken with mayo mixture; coat with combined crumbs and parsley.
Grill, covered, 15 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.
Substitute chicken breasts or legs for the thighs, adjusting cooking time as necessary until chicken is done.
