2 small zucchini, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add zucchini; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
