Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix cream cheese, 1-1/2 cups of the mozzarella cheese and the dressing until well blended.
Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish; top with the sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Arrange peppers on one-third of the dip and pepperoni slices on another one-third portion of the dip.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until dip is heated through and cheese is melted.
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.
How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable 9-inch pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until cream cheese is softened. Spread onto bottom of pie plate, then continue as directed.
