What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 large red pepper, halved, seeded
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1 cup cucumber slices (about 1 cucumber)
1-1/2 cups yellow pepper slices (about 1 pepper)

Cut half of the red pepper into thick slices; set aside.
Pour dressing into remaining red pepper half to make the center of the "flower;" surround with cucumber slices.
Arrange yellow and red pepper slices over the cucumber slices to form "petals."
