These pork tenderloins have got it all going on with tangy BBQ flavor and a burst of citrus. Pair them with Parmesan potatoes and fire up the grill.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 tsp. orange zest
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 lb.)
2 lb. red potatoes (about 6), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/3 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 cups broccoli florets, steamed

Heat grill to medium heat.

Mix barbecue sauce and orange zest; set aside. Combine cumin and pepper; rub evenly onto meat. Place potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable dish. Add water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 8 min; drain. Toss potatoes with garlic and dressing. Spray large sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Place potato mixture on foil. Bring up top and sides of foil to completely seal packet.

Place packet on grill; grill 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning once. Grill meat 8 min. on each side. Brush with half of the barbecue sauce mixture. Grill an additional 5 min.; turn over. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Continue grilling 5 min. or until meat is cooked to medium doneness (160°F).

Transfer meat to carving board; tent with foil. Let stand 5 min Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Open potato packet; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve meat with the hot potatoes and broccoli.
