Grilled BBQ chicken and fresh strawberries give this green salad a sweet and tangy appeal.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in half
1/2 cup sliced red onion s
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken 6 min. on each side. Brush with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce; grill 1 to 2 min. or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
Cover plate with salad greens; top with strawberries and onions. Slice chicken; place over salads.
Drizzle with dressing.
Substitute blueberries or blackberries for the halved strawberries.
Brush French bread slices with KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing. Add to grill the last few minutes of the chicken grilling time and grill until toasted on both sides. Serve with the salad.
